The Courtyard
The Courtyardat Sheen Falls Country Club is comprised of twenty luxury townhouse-style holiday homes in Kenmare, Co. Kerry. These modern holiday homes have a total of nineteen 3 bedroom houses and one 4 bedroom house
The 3 bedroom townhouses can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. There is a large master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom is a twin bedroom, also with ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is a third bedroom with a single bed. The main bathroom is located upstairs as are all the bedroom with a bathroom located on the ground floor also.
Please note that each house is set as a double, twin and single as standard, this can be changed to being two doubles, but please advise when booking.
There 4 bedroom townhouse can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. (can be made into two more double rooms, but please specify this when booking). One of the bedrooms is located downstairs and has an ensuite, this is a wheelchair accessible room. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs and are all ensuite with tv in each room.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has a gas hob and oven. The sitting/dining room is bright and finished with high-quality furnishings.
It is important to note that The Courtyard at Sheen Falls Country Club is run entirely separate from The Sheen Falls Lodge Hotel. The restaurant must be pre-booked by telephoning the hotel direct (subject to availability and at the discretion of hotel management).
There is no access to the pool for guests of the Courtyard houses.
